Colorado River SUP & Yoga Mini Retreat
River SUP Portion:
Students will learn river skills & techniques during a full day of downriver paddling. Students will also learn about river SUP equipment, safety gear, river environment & water safety while paddling down some of the most beginner friendly sections of the Colorado River.
Full day of SUP & Yoga on the scenic and beginner friendly waters and banks of the Colorado River. Connecting with nature will inspire you to be present in the moment with peace through meditation, pranayama, balance & flow through yoga on land and water.
Elizabeth will be lead SUP instructor and teaching SUP Yoga on the water and land. Kristi Gallegos will be leading the pranayama breath exercises and Nykole Coombs will lead a meditation practice.
* Some basic paddling knowledge & experience is recommended.
When: August 31th, 9:30 am – 4:30 pm
Where: Blue Heron Boat Ramp to Loma Boat Ramp
*river section, start & end locations may change due to water flow

What to Wear and bring:
