Highline Lake SUP Yoga
Durations : 2 Hours
This class will include on land SUP demo to review basic paddling techniques. Once on the water we will go on a 15 min paddle to our yoga destination. Then, SUP yogis will take their yoga poses to a new level while floating and enjoying the elements around them. The core muscles will be challenged in a new way and body awareness will become paramount as natural alignment shift against the moving surface. The sensation of floating will help to alleviate stress while creating focus and motivation.
